摘    要:为了获得具有高遮盖性的黑色水性油墨,对油墨的分散性能进行了研究,改变颜料的种类、研磨树脂的种类、颜基比以及分散剂的种类和含量,配制基墨,通过测试基墨的粒径大小来评价油墨的分散性能,以此来探究影响黑色水性遮盖油墨分散性能的因素。研究结果表明:不同种类颜料与树脂之间的相互作用,是影响油墨分散性能的关键因素;颜基比在很大程度上决定树脂对颜料的分散效果;分散剂的种类和用量也是影响油墨分散性能的重要因素。

Abstract:In order to obtain the black water-based ink with high covering property,it's necessary to study the dispersion of ink by changing the variety of both pigments and resins,the ratio of pigment to resin as well as the kind and the content of dispersants to prepare based ink,and by testing the diameter size to explore the factors that affect the dispersion of black water-based covering ink.It has been proved that the interaction between different pigments and resins is the key factor influencing on the dispersion property of the black water-based covering ink.The dispersion property of the resin to pigment depends on a great extent on the ratio of pigment to resin.The result also proves that different kind of dispersants and content are also important factors influencing on the dispersion property.
