压电式喷头控制电路的设计

摘    要:为了提高喷墨印刷系统的印品质量,使其具有更强的墨滴控制能力,设计了XAAR公司的压电式喷墨头的控制电路。采用模块化设计,使用FPGA作为此喷墨头控制电路的核心器件,通过SATA接口接收上位机传来的命令及数据信息,为喷头设置相应的参数,不仅使喷头完成了在控制电路的驱动下稳定喷墨的基本要求,打印出所需图像,还实现了墨滴体积可控化,提高了图像的打印精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the inkjet printing system of printing quality, make it have stronger drops control ability, the author designs the piezoelectric inkjet head control circuit of XAAR. In this paper, the author uses of a modular structure for the design and takes FPGA as the core device of this inkjet head control circuit. It receives the command and data information through SATA interface from PC. The author sets the appropriate parameters for the inkjet head. Not only do the design can complete the basic requirement of steady jet by the driving of control circuit, printing out the required image, but also can realize drop volume control, improving the printing precision of image.
