利用植物秸秆生产高强瓦楞原纸技术研究

以玉米秆或高粱秆等农作物秸秆为原料 ,经过轻微的化学预处理之后 ,采用机械法磨制成机械浆 ,用于生产高强度瓦楞原纸或配部分废纸生产挂面箱板纸。利用高浓盘磨磨浆 ,成浆得率接近 70 % ,比传统的化学法制浆节水 70 %以上 ,动力消耗减少 30 %以上 ;所生产的高强瓦楞原纸符合国家标准GB1 30 2 3- 91规定的B等质量要求。
