利用植物秸秆生产高强瓦楞原纸技术研究

摘    要:以玉米秆或高粱秆等农作物秸秆为原料 ,经过轻微的化学预处理之后 ,采用机械法磨制成机械浆 ,用于生产高强度瓦楞原纸或配部分废纸生产挂面箱板纸。利用高浓盘磨磨浆 ,成浆得率接近 70 % ,比传统的化学法制浆节水 70 %以上 ,动力消耗减少 30 %以上 ;所生产的高强瓦楞原纸符合国家标准GB1 30 2 3- 91规定的B等质量要求。

Abstract:After slight chemistry pretreatment, crops stalk example maize stalk or sorghum stalk, can be made into MP by mechanical means, it can be used in production high strength Fluting Medium or mix some wasted paper production. The technologic of high consistency refining made it possible to use crops stalk in paper, the yield reach 70% and the waste of water reduce 70% compared with the waste water of chemical pulp. The technologic become much simpler and the waste of power reduces 30% because it is not have to dilignify largely.The fluting medium meet to GB13023-91.
