摘    要:研究了木聚糖酶二段磨浆前处理杨木盘磨机械浆及其性能的影响,改善浆料性能和降低磨浆能耗的作用,探讨了不同酶用量对能耗降低的影响,以及不同的预处理条件对杨木机械制浆性能的影响。结果表明,酶处理能降低磨浆能耗,改进纸浆质量。

Abstract:It researched the pretreatment of poplar RMP and properties with xylanase before the second refining,and function of improving pulp capability and reducing refining energy.It explored the different enzymes used to reduce the impact of energy consumption,and different methods of pre-treatment process in the influence of poplar RMP properties. The result indicated that enzyme treatment can reduce refine energy and improve pulp quality.
