| 摘 要： | 针对黑液蒸发工段的工艺和控制要求,设计了基于S7-300 PLC的黑液蒸发工段过程控制系统,从硬件配置和软件设计上进行详细的介绍,综合应用了变频器、电机泵、气动阀等设备,且对液位和黑液浓度控制提出了行之有效的控制算法,如选择性控制、串级控制等。该系统具有高稳定性与快速动态响应特性,既实现了蒸发过程的平稳和黑液浓度的精确控制,又具有很高的可靠性和安全性,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
