摘    要:全文介绍了虾青素的性能,主要生产的技术路线与最佳的操作条件等有关进展情况。对目前工业化采用的主要虾青素生产工艺的技术特点进行了具体的分析和总结,阐述了国内外研究开发的现状与发展趋势。并探讨扩大应用与市场需求。
