| 摘 要： | 以正己烷及甲醇水溶液为萃取剂依次为烟草进行萃取，将萃取物烷基化后进行气相色谱分析，并对其中的主要成分绿原酸进行了定量分析。实验结果表明，本方法灵敏度高，重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | Tobacco was extracted by (n-hexane) and the solution of methanol in turn,and the production was analyzed with gas chromatography (GC) after it had been disposed by TMS-HT. Chlorogenic acid, the main ingredient extracted from tobacco, was determined with the method of GC. The method has high sensitivity and good reproductivity. |
