郑州市环境监控应急指挥中心系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为强化对城市污染源的监督管理,设计了郑州市环境监控指挥中心系统,该系统由环保热线系统、重点污染源在线监测系统、远距离烟尘视频监控系统、环境GIS(地理信息)系统、大屏幕显示系统、车载卫星定位系统等子系统组成,详细介绍了系统的安全性设计以及具体的的实现功能.采用该系统,可实现对城市污水、废气、噪声等各类污染源的在线监测或监视,使环保监察人员及时了解企业现场排污情况;另外通过投诉举报系统和GPS车辆指挥调度系统实现快速、及时反应,预防污染事故的发生.

Abstract:In order to strengthen superrision and management of the urban pollution sources,The system of Zhengzhou city environmental monitoring command centre was designed.This system is made up of hot line system of environmental protection,online monitoring system of key pollution sources,remote smoke dust video monitoring system,environment GIS system,large screen display system,car-mounted global position system.The systematic security design and concrete realization function have been introduced.The system can realize online monitoring of municipal sewage,waste gas,noise and so on.Environmental protection personnel can find out enterprise's scence blowdown situation in time.The pollution accident was prevented with claim or report system and GPS vehicle conductor deployment system.
