摘    要:采用灼烧法和萃取法分别对国外金属修复剂Bel-1111的基料和固化剂组成进行分离,并利用红外光谱法和X衍射光谱法进行分析和鉴定.结果表明,Bel-1111的基料由环氧树脂与无机耐磨材料组成,固化剂由二乙烯三胺与各种无机填料组成.

Abstract:Base and solidifier component of Bel - 1111 repair comstitutes for metal are separated with igniton and extraction method respectively and analyzed by UV spectrophotometer and X spectrophotometer. The results showed that Bel - 1111 was made up of epoxy resin and inorgnic wear-resistant materials, and the solidifier component of Bel - 1111 was made up of ditthylene triamine and inorganic filling.
