微波激励气体激光器波导耦合腔的研究

摘    要:针对现有微波激励气体激光器存在的一些问题,研制出一种微波激励气体激光器波导耦合腔。该T型波导耦合腔是由近截止下的矩形波导作放电腔和调谐腔组成的复合腔。激励实验证明,该耦合腔具有易调谐和阻抗匹配等特点,对改善放电均匀性、减少微波能量反射有明显效果。

Abstract:In view of the existing problem of microwave exciting gas laser,the waveguide coupled resonators are developped,the resonators are compound structure which has the approaching cut off rectangle waveguide as discharge resonators and by resonators.Excitation experiment shows that with resonators frequency tunning and impedence matching are easily realized,and there is an obvious efficiency for improving the homogeneous discharge and reducing the reflection of microwave energy.
