松散回潮工序加工强度对烤烟烟叶感官特性的影响

摘    要:为明确松散回潮工序对烤烟烟叶感官特性的作用,将烤烟烟叶在松散回潮工序最大设备性能范围内设定的不同加工强度条件下进行处理,比较工序加工前后及不同加工强度条件下的烟叶感官特性变化.结果表明:松散回潮工序加工强度影响烤烟烟叶香气风格,随着加工强度增大,香气风格变化的烟叶样品比例逐渐增大;松散回潮工序加工强度对烤烟烟叶香气质、杂气、细腻程度、刺激性和干净程度的影响较大,对香气量、浓度、劲头和干燥感的影响较小.在适宜的加工强度范围内,松散回潮工序具有改善烟叶香气质、细腻程度、干净程度和减小杂气、刺激性的作用.

Abstract:In order to study effect of loosing and conditioning process on the flue-cured tobacco leaf,the sensor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaf were compared between untreated and treated by loosing and conditioning process with different processing intensity which was set in the range of the equipment performance.The results showed that the loosing and conditioning process could change flue-cured tobacco leaf aroma style.With the processing intensity increased,the proportion of flue-cured tobacco sample ...
