桉木化学热磨机械浆的XPS和SEM分析

摘    要:本文研究了经碱性亚钠法处理的桉木化学热磨机械浆纸页强度指标,并利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术分析了纸浆纤维的表面特征.结果表明,随烧碱用量增加,桉木CTMP所抄纸页强度得到提高,纤维表面O/C比有所增大,且C1峰面积减小,说明浆料随处理用碱量增加,表面木素和抽提物含量降低,碳水化合物含量增加.SEM形貌图也证明了纤维表面的变化情况.

Abstract:This paper discussed the strength properties of eucalyptus CTMP with alkaline sodium sulfite treatment,and the fiber surface character of eucalyptus CTMP was also analyzed by using XPS and SEM.The results showed that the strength of paper sheet was improved with the increasing of the dosage of alkali,additionally,the O/C ratio of the fiber surface increased and the peak area of C1 decreased respectively.This indicated that there were less lignin and extractives and more carbohydrate on the fiber surface as ...
