| 摘 要： | 本文介绍越秀广纸集团广州造纸股份有限公司在广州（广州造纸厂原址）最近安装投产的、从芬兰美卓（Metso）造纸机械公司引进的OptiConcept水平式夹网造纸机的特点及应用的情况。纸机的横幅宽度为5300ram，净纸宽度为4800ram，设计车速为1400m／min，现正常运行的操作车速已达到1400m／min，采用100％的废纸脱墨浆（DIP）生产新闻纸，设计日产500t或年产15万t。纸机设备包括有由芬兰Andritz公司提供的最佳设计方案进行配置的上浆系统；芬兰美卓（Metso）造纸机械公司提供的整台造纸机，并为高速运行配置有质量控制、过程控制、纸机控制、信息管理等自动化系统和一些辅助的设施。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and application of a horizontal gap paper machine which was made in Mesto,finland and was installed in Guangzhou Paper Mill were introduced.This machine size is:wire width 5300mm,paper width on reel 4800mm,production on reel 500t/d,design speed 1400m/min.Now,100% DIP is used to make newsprint,and operating speed is 1400m/min.The paper machine equipment includes: approach flow system disposed according to the optimized plan of Andritz,paper machine and some auxiliary equipment provided by Metso. |
