蔗渣造纸黑液中低聚木糖对番茄生长的促进作用研究

摘    要:对蔗渣造纸黑液中低聚木糖在农业中应用进行了浸种、盆栽试验,结果表明,低聚木糖不仅能促进番茄种子的发芽生长,而且对番茄植株的生物量、根重有明显的增产效果。施低聚木糖后,植株茎叶健壮,香茄对土壤中N、K养分的吸收增加,同时激活土壤微生物的活动,表现为土壤微生物量C、N的增加。低聚木糖作为生态肥料在农业中应用具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:Seedling germination and tomato pot experiments were studied by using xylooligosaccharides produced from bagasse pulping black liquor. The results showed that xylooligosaccharides promoted shoot and root growth of tomato seedlings, significantly increase biomass and root weight of tomato. Stem and leaves of tomato were vigorous, more N and K nutrients were uptake from soil by tomato shoot part. Enhancement of soil microbial biomass C and N indicated that soil microorganisms activities increased when xylooligosaccharide was used. It is possible that xylooli-gosaccharides may become useful plant eco-fertilizer in the agricultural field in the future.
