耐酸红卡纸生产中染料的选择、调配和工程实践

摘    要:介绍了耐酸红卡纸的实际生产控制技术,从浆料和染料的选择、调配和生产工艺控制参数进行较全面的论述。经试验优选出耐酸染料直接桃红12B和直接耐酸大红4BS,两种染料配比为1:3。实际生产中染料用量为实验室研究染料添加量的70%,即直接耐酸大红4BS添加量为20.3 kg/t浆,直接桃红12B添加量为6.09 kg/t浆,纸机生产的红卡纸与参比纸样基本一致且耐酸性好。

Abstract:The actual production control technology of acid-proof red card paper was introduced. The selection, mixing and production process control parameters of pulp and dyestuff were discussed comprehensively.An optimization study on dye type and dye ratio of acid-proof red card paper was performed. The optimal result for acid-proof dyes were direct pink 12 B and direct acid-resistant red 4 BS, and the ratio was 1∶3. The amount of dye used in actual production is 70% of the amount of dye used in laboratory research, namely, the dose of direct acid-resistant red 4 BS was 20.3 kg/t pulp and the dose of direct pink 12 B was 6.09 kg/t pulp. The red card paper produced by the paper machine was basically the same as the reference paper sample and had good acid resistance.
