芳纶纤维分散性能的研究

摘    要:高性能纤维已经成为造纸工业的重要原料.本文通过图像分析、Zeta电位测定和纸页匀度测定,分析了芳纶纤维AKZO浆粕在不同体系下的分散性能.研究结果表明表面活性剂B可以改善AKZO浆粕分散的均一性,带电高聚物APAM可以提高AKZO浆粕分散的稳定性.在表面活性剂B用量10%,APAM用量0.8%的条件下AKZO浆粕可以达到理想的分散效果.

Abstract:High-performance fibers are important materials for paper making, especially for special paper. Good dispersion is the key factor to paper forming and properties. The dispersion property of AKZO pulp was characterized by image analyzer, Zeta Plus and Beta Formation Tester. The results indicated that the surfactant B could improve the uniformity of the dispersion system and the hydrotropic polymer APAM could improve the stability. It was also found that AKZO pulp could get an excellent dispersion with the polymer and surfactant interaction. The best conditions were: surfactant B 10%, APAM 0.8%.
