蓝桉的树龄与化学组成及硫酸盐法制浆特性的关系

摘    要:蓝桉是最适合制浆造纸工业要求的优良树种之一,在硫酸盐法蒸煮过程中不仅得率高,而且耗碱量也低。蓝桉的制浆性能与其树龄有密切的关系。本研究选择了三种树龄分别为6年、10年和18年的蓝桉为实验材料,一方面通过硫酸盐法蒸煮实验了解它们制浆特性,另一方面通过研究原料化学组分探讨影响制浆特性的主要因素。结果表明,在用碱量相同的条件下,卡伯值的顺序为6年生>10年生>18年生。而在相同卡伯值下,纸浆得率的顺序为18年生>10年生>6年生。造成不同树龄蓝桉之间制浆特性上的差异的主要原因是1%NaOH可溶成分含量、综纤维素含量、木素含量以及中性糖组成方面的差别。

Abstract:Eucalyptus globulas is one of the hardwood species suitable for papermaking. The pulp yield is high and the alkali consumption is relatively low when Kraft process is used. The pulping characteristics of Eucalyptus globulas depend on their ages. In the present study, three kinds of wood chips of Eucalyptus globulas of 6,10 and 18 years old were used in pulping experiment and chemical analysis in order to clarify the effect of wood age on chemical components and their pulping characteristics. The results show that the sequence of pulp Kappa number obtained in the same condition is 6 years >10 years >18 years. However, the sequence of pulp yield obtained in the same condition is 18 years >6 years. It was found that 1% Na OH extractive content, holocellulose content, lignin content and neutral sugar composition were main factors influencing the pulping characteristics of wood chips with different ages.
