摘    要:膨润土在造纸工业中的应用十分广泛。其良好的吸附性和分散性可以用于造纸中的填料;用于涂料中的颜料可以优化涂料的许多性能;用于处理制浆黑液和再生纸废水也有良好效果。改性膨润土与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的海德罗科尔微粒助留体系近年得到了广泛研究和应用,本文主要介绍了改性膨润土在Hydrocol微粒助留体系中的应用,包括膨润土的理化特性;Hydroeol微粒助留体系的作用机理以及膨润土微粒体系在纸厂的应用。

Abstract:The application of bentonite is very extensive in papermaking industry, which can be used as filler for its good absorption and dispersion; can optimize many performances sach as pigment of coating component; and is also effective to treat pulping black liquor and waste paper pulping effluent. The microparticulate retention aid system composed of modified bentonite and CPAM has been widely studied and applied in recent years. The application of modified bentonite in Hydrocol microparticulate retention aid system was introduced in this article, including the physical and chemical characteristics of bentonite ; the mechanism and the application of bentonite microparticulate retention aid system in paper mill .
