纤维平均长度及其仪器法测定结果分析

摘    要:阐述了造纸纤维三种不同的平均长度表示法的意义。用FS-200纤维分析仪对若干造纸原料、同种原料的不同制浆方法的纤维长度、粗度进行测定,并对测定值的分析。研究发现切断不严重的浆(非机械浆)的二重重均长度非常接近原料的二重重均长度;一些原料和浆的粗度和二重重均长度在数值上有良好的对应关系。

Abstract:The meaning of three methods for expressing the average length of fibers for papermaking was expatiated in this article.Fiber length,coarseness of raw material and pulp from different pulping process were determined by FS-200 type fiber analyzer.Moreover,the obtained results were analyzed in detail.It was found that the weight weighted average fiber length of the pulp which was not cut seriously (non mechanical pulp) was very close to the weight weighted average fiber length of raw material.There was a nice correlation between the coarseness of fibers and their weight weighted average fiber length.
