健身器械用高性能钢丝绳的研发与生产

为解决国内试制的6×19-PP涂塑钢丝绳作为健身器械使用时寿命偏低和疲劳起皮的问题,研发生产6×19-SPC钢塑复合绳芯钢丝绳。新研制的钢丝绳在合成纤维外捻制12根镀锌钢丝构成钢塑复合绳芯,以代替原有的纯钢芯或纯塑芯,打破了原有绳芯材质理念。以KSC72A线材为原料,选择绳芯股涂油、外层股不涂油的方式及特殊在线预张拉,所研制的钢丝绳公称直径3.18 mm,直径公差(0.0～+0.5)mm,公称抗拉强度2 060MPa,最小破断拉力8 kN,其整绳破断拉力、疲劳后破断拉力、疲劳寿命满足高档健身器械用高性能钢丝绳要求,可替代进口。

Development and production of high performance wire rope for exercise machine

In order to solve shorter service life and fatigue peeling of 6 × 19 - PP plastic coated wire rope for exercise ma- chine, to develop and produce 6 × 19 - SPC wire rope with steel and plastic composite core. The new developed wire rope with steel plastic composite core to replace original pure steel core or plastic core break original rope core material idea, laying 12 galvanized steel wire outside synthetic fibre to make up composite rope core. Taking KSC72A wire rod as raw ma- terial, selecting oiling mode of center strand oiling and outer stranders without oiling and special pretension on line, the wire rope＇ s normal diameter is 3.18 mm, diameter tolerance （0.0 - ＋ 0.5 ）mm, normal tensile strength 2 060 MPa, mini- mum breaking force 8 kN, the whole rope breaking force, breaking force after fatigue and fatigue life can satisfy the de- mands of high wire rope for advanced exercise machine, which can replace import.
