不锈钢线材表面处理技术及应用

摘    要:分析不锈钢氧化皮中铬、镍、锰、硅、铝等合金元素及其氧化物的性质,用表格给出不锈钢线材预处理中熔盐碱浸、溶液碱浸和酸洗常用工艺配方。介绍各种不锈钢热轧线材表面处理的工艺路线。实践证明,以NaOH和H2SO4为主要原料,再辅以NaNO3和NaC l的一整套不锈钢表面处理工艺成本低、生产效率高、线材表面质量稳定,能满足不同企业的要求。

Abstract:To analyze the properties of alloy elements such as Cr,Ni,Mn,Si,Al and its oxide in stainless steel wire rod scale.The common process formula of molten salt alkali-dipping,solution alkali-dipping and pickling in stainless steel wire rod pre-treatment is given out by table.The process route of each stainless steel hot rolled wire rod surface treatment is introduced.Practice proves that a whole set of stainless steel surface treatment which takes NaOH and H2SO4 as main raw material,then adds NaNO3 and NaCl is low cost,high production efficiency,stable quality of wire rod surface,which can satisfy the requirements of different enterprises.
