摘    要:利用热模拟机GLeeble -150 0对 9mm高碳钢线材吐丝后控制冷却过程模拟 ,研究控冷工艺参数的变化对高碳钢线材组织性能的影响 ,得到试验条件下最佳的控冷工艺制度 ,为生产高质量的制品原料提供有价值的理论参考

Abstract:The controlled cooling process of 9?mm high-carbon steel wire rods after laying out is simulated with Gleeble-1500 type hot simulation experiment machine and the effects of the fluctuation of controlled cooling parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of high-carbon steel wire rods are studied The optimum controlled cooling procedure according to condition of the experiment is found It will give a valuable theoretical reference to produce high quality raw materials for steel wire products
