| Abstract: | The disadvantages of horizontal winding device and advantages of vertical winding automatic control device are pointed out.The components of constant tension high tonnage vertical winding automatic control device are introduced from the following five parts such as conveying winding device,first traction supplement tension device,secondary traction supplement tension device,receiving winding device and PLC programmable variable frequency control etc.Its working process and controlling principle are discussed from two aspects of the machinery and electrical control. |
