摘    要:介绍多层股钢丝绳特点。多层股钢丝绳生产难度较大,使用时常出现早期失效问题。以18×7类两层股钢丝绳为例,分析早期失效的原因:内外层绳分层及外层股松动;钢丝绳旋转;内层绳早期断裂。提出解决措施:减小股的捻距;控制内层股打扭角度为1080°~1440°,外层股为360°~540°,将内层绳变形率控制在40%以内;合理调整外层股预变形工艺参数,使钢丝绳中股的预螺旋线长度和固有螺旋线长度之比控制在0.95~0.97;对多层股微旋转钢丝绳内外层股间进行填塑,解决内层绳钢丝断裂问题。

Abstract:To introduce the characteristics of multi-layer strands wire rope. It is pointed out that the multi-layer strands wire rope is difficult to produce and often appears initial failure. Taking 18 × 7 type two layer strands wire rope as example to analyze the cause for initial failure, the causes are: layers of inner and outer layer rope separate and outer strands become flexible; wire rope rotating; inner layer rope break at earlier stage. Settlement measures are put forth: to decrease strand lay pitch; to control inner layer strand twist angle at 1 080°- 1 440° , outer layer strand at 360° -540° , and control inner layer rope deformation rate within 40% ; to adjust pre-deforming process parameters of outer layer strand rationally makes the length ratio between pre-helix and inherent helix of strand control within 0.95 - 0.97 ; to fill plastic between inner and outer strands for micro-rotation wire rope to resolve the problems of steel wire breaking in inner layer rope.
