| 摘 要： | 介绍合成酯在水基润滑剂中的应用。合成酯的分子结构可人为设计,将合成酯F作为主要组分与乳化剂及其他助剂配制成水基润滑剂,稀释后应用于水箱湿式拉拔大循环。经过3个月的拉丝生产,随机抽样选取钢帘线进行黏合性测定:胶料牌号D的黏合力为1 710.0 N,附胶率为81%;胶料牌号S的黏合力为1 517.3 N,附胶率为79%。合成酯F水基润滑剂的润滑性和极压抗磨性好,可满足钢帘线与橡胶的黏合性能要求,逐步替代进口。

| Abstract: | To introduce application of synthetic ester to water-based lubricant.The molecular structure of synthetic ester can be designed,water-based lubricant can be prepared with the main component of synthetic ester F and emulsifying agent and other additives,after the lubricant is diluted,it is applied to water tank wet drawing circulation.After three months wire drawing production,the adhesive property of selected sample steel cord randomly,the adhesive force of rubber brand D is 1 710.0 N,attached glue rate is 81%,the adhesive force of rubber brand S is 1 517.3 N,attached glue rate is 79%.The lubricity and extreme pressure antiwear property of synthetic ester F water-based lubricant is good,it meets the adhesive property requirement of steel cord and rubber,which can replace import lubricant step by step. |
