高强度扁钢丝生产过程中开裂分析

摘    要:对用于承压容器的高强度扁钢丝轧扁过程中开裂原因进行分析,用扫描电镜对开裂处进行金相组织检查,并进行力学性能测定,结果表明:高强度扁钢丝开裂的主要原因是线材中心区域存在偏析,造成基体组织中出现马氏体或贝氏体,在随后的拉拔和轧扁过程中形成微裂纹。对线材化学成分和微观组织进行检查,选用无合金元素偏析的优质线材,合理制定热处理和拉拔生产工艺,可避免高强度扁钢丝加工过程中内部产生微裂纹。

Abstract:To analyze the cracking reason of high strength flat wire for pressure vessel cracked in flatting. The cracks were metallographic structure examined by using SEM,and mechanical properties were inspected. Results show that the main reason of high strength flat wire cracking is segregation in wire rod center area,which causes martensite or bainite in base structure.
