两种钢丝绳预变形器的比较及变形参数确定

介绍钢丝绳立式和螺旋式预变形器的形式及其特点 ,提出立式预变形器辊距压下量取值应随钢丝绳结构不同作调整。对螺旋式预变形引入变形角α ,对其各工艺参数运用数学方法进行回归分析 ,分别得出变形角、变形系数、变形器内径、变形器槽深与钢丝绳直径的经验公式。指出钢丝绳生产中如何对两种预变形器进行选择。

Comparison between Vertical and Helix Wire Rope Pre-former and Determination of Deformation Parameters

To introduce the type and characteristics of the vertical and helix wire rope pre-former. It is put forward that the gap between rollers of vertical pre-former should be adjusted according to the structures of wire rope. The conception of deformation angle of helix pre-former is introduced and process parameters are analyzed with math regression method. The experience formulas about the relationships of deformation angle,deformation coefficient,internal diameter and groove depth of former with wire rope diameter are obtained respectively. How to choose the either pre-former in production of wire rope is pointed out.
