干式拉丝机模盒及润滑装置改进

摘    要:常用干式拉丝机模盒及润滑装置存在的问题:润滑粉易结焦,导致润滑失败;干摩擦造成拉丝模使用寿命缩短;钢丝力学性能差,拉丝模、润滑粉消耗大。模盒及润滑装置改进后,润滑粉可以在润滑粉盒内循环流动;拉丝模工作时可以旋转;拉丝模冷却由敞开式水冷变为封闭式压力水冷。使用改进后装置生产的φ5.05 mm钢丝弯曲值由原来的8次增加到12~15次;伸长率由0.1%~0.5%增加到1.5%~2.0%;生产吨钢丝拉丝模消耗由0.25~0.35块降为0.13~0.15块,润滑粉消耗由0.7~1.0 kg降为0.4~0.7 kg,电耗由230~250 kW·h降为180~190kW.h;生产100 t成品钢绞线发生断丝的次数由原来的5~8次降为0.5次。

Abstract:The problems existing in die box and lubrication device of common dry wire drawing machine are: lubrication powder is easy to coke and leading to lubrication failure; the dry friction causes short service life for wire drawing die ; and leading bad mechanical properties of steel wire and more consumption of die and lubrication powder. After the improvement of die box and lubrication device, lubrication powder can cycle flow in lubricant box, wire drawing die can rotate as working, cooling of wire drawing die is changed from open water cooling into seal pressure water cooling. Using improved device to produce diameter 5.05 mm steel wire, the bend value adds from 8 times to 12 - 15 times, elongation increases from 0. 1% - 0.5% to 1.5% - 2.0% , consumption wire drawing die decreases from 0.25 - 0.35 pieces to 0.13 - 0.15 pieces , and lubricant powder consumption decreases from 0.7 - 1.0 kg to 0.4 - 0.7 kg, the electricity energy consumption decreases from 230- 250 kW· h to 180 - 190 kW· h per ton steel wire. The wire breaking numbers decrease from original 5 -8 times to 0.5 times for producing 100 tons stranded steel wire.
