Q235-Fe电偶对中的纯铁在高温浓硫酸中的腐蚀研究

摘    要:研究高温环境中质量分数为98%的浓H2SO4对工业纯铁的腐蚀行为。在实验室模拟实际工况,采用金相、SEM和EDS分析,XRD化学成分分析和电化学测试等方法,得出结论:(1)Q235-Fe电偶对中的阳极工业纯铁在90℃质量分数为98%浓H2SO4中的腐蚀产物主要有Fe,O,S和S i元素,而其相组成主要是Fe2O3,FeS,FeSO4和Fe2(SO4)3;(2)在90℃、质量分数为98%浓H2SO4中,当工业纯铁和Q235钢组成面积比为1∶1的电偶对时,电偶腐蚀效应达到2,即工业纯铁的腐蚀速率增大了1倍。

Abstract:To research the corrosion of concentrated sulfuric acid of mass fraction 98% to industrial pure iron under high-temperature.To imitate real working condition in the lab,and get below conclusion by metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS analysis,XRD chemical composition analysis and electrochemical test:(1) The corrosion products of Q235-Fe galvanic couple in concentrated sulfuric acid of mass fraction 98% is Fe,O,S,Si,and their compositions are Fe2O3,FeS,FeSO4,and Fe2(SO4)3;(2) Mass fraction 98% H2SO4 in 90℃,when industrial pure iron and Q235 steel composition area tatio is 1∶1 galvanic couple,the galvanic couple corrosion reaches to 2,ie,industrial pure iron's corrosion speed has been doubled.
