碳素钢丝铅淬火抗拉强度影响因素分析

摘    要:碳素钢丝铅淬火过程中,影响钢丝铅淬火后抗拉强度的因素较多。除化学成分外,较快的钢丝加热速度和较高的线温,有利于钢丝获得较高的铅淬火后抗拉强度;调整铅液与进入铅液钢丝的温差,可以得到适宜的过冷度,保证钢丝的冷却速度;在工艺规定范围内,收线线速度的适量降低会提高钢丝铅淬火后抗拉强度;不同原始组织的钢丝铅淬火后抗拉强度存在差异;安装热电偶时,铅液测温点一般在距马弗炉出口1.5~1.8m处,插入深度在钢丝运行平面向上提高约10 mm;铅液的热平衡状态对钢丝索氏体化质量也有重要影响。

Abstract:There are many factors which influence tensile strength of steel wire after patenting in process of carbon steel wire patenting. Besides chemical compositions, faster steel wire heating speed and higher wire temperature are in favor of steel wire getting higher patenting tensile strength. Through changing temperature difference between lead liquid and steel wire of entering into lead liquid, proper subcooling can he got. Steel wire tensile strength after patenting can be increased while take-up line speed is slowed properly in scope of process. The tensile strength of different original structure steel wire after patenting is different. While thermocouple is installed, lead liquid temperature measuring point is located at 1.5 - 1.8 m from muffle furnace exit. Inserting depth is higher than steel wire running about 10 mm. Thermal equilibrium state of lead liquid has important influence on steel wire sorbitizing quality.
