摘    要:在Gleeble-1500模拟实验机上通过热压缩实验,研究不同热变形条件下SWRH82B钢的变形抗力,并建立SWRH82B钢变形抗力的数学模型。结果表明,变形温度对变形抗力的影响最为明显,在同一变形速率下,变形温度越高,变形抗力越小;变形速率对变形抗力的影响次之,随变形速率增加,变形抗力增加,且呈上升趋势,当变形量达到开始发生动态再结晶的临界变形量时,变形抗力上升趋势趋于平缓;变形程度对变形抗力的影响较小,在同一温度条件下,变形抗力先随变形程度的增加而加大,当变形抗力出现最大值后随变形程度的增加,变形抗力出现不同程度的降低。

Abstract:The deformation resistance of SWRH82B steel during different hot deformation was studied through thermo-compression experiment on Gleeble - 1500 thermal force simulating machine. The mathematical model of its deformation resistance is established. Results show that the effect of deformation temperature on deformation resistance is the most, at the same deformation rate, the higher deformation temperature, the lower deformation resistance, the effect of deformation rate on deformation resistance takes the second place, deformation resistance is on the rise with the increase of strain rate, when deformation reaches critical deformation of beginning dynamic recrystallization, the deformation resistance increase slowly, the effect of deformation extent on deformation resistance is less, at the same temperature, the deformation resistance increases with the rise of deformation extent, when deformation resistance reaches the highest, it occurs different extent decreasing with the increasing of deformation extent.
