制钉用不锈钢丝的生产

用ＳＵＳ３０４生产出１７５～４０ｍｍ不锈钢丝，再制成麻花钉。钢丝生产中用高锰酸钾碱液低温浸泡取代高温碱煮，可显著提高表面质量；固熔处理加热温度控制在１０２０～１０４０℃，保温时间２０～３０ｍｉｎ，成品拉拔压缩率控制在１７％～２０％，其强度为６８５～９３０ＭＰａ，速度６５～７５ｍ／ｍｉｎ，以消除钢丝铁磁性反应，完全满足制钉钢丝质量要求。
