汽车起重机伸缩臂用钢丝绳的设计和制造

摘    要:汽车起重机普遍采用伸缩油缸加绳排的伸缩结构,伸缩结构的最末一、二节采用钢丝绳,要求该钢丝绳破断拉力高、结构伸长小,一般应经过预张拉处理。以8×K26WS-PWRC(K)—20为例,介绍汽车起重机伸缩臂用平行捻压实股钢丝绳的要求及设计和制造过程。设计钢丝绳公称抗拉强度2 160 MPa,钢丝绳捻距倍数为6.8倍,股捻距倍数为8.5倍,股的压缩率为12%~15%,钢丝绳整绳破断拉力为421 kN;盘条选择80或82A钢,S、P质量分数均应不大于0.020%;采用模拉的方法生产股绳;预变形器股的变形量一般控制在钢丝绳公称直径的0.80~0.85倍;捻股时采用喷淋的方式添加润滑油脂。根据设计和生产控制要求制造的成品钢丝绳实测破断拉力达428 kN。

Abstract:Automobile crane normally to use extension structure like extension jack with rope, and its extension structure' s last one and two sections to use steel wire rope, which requires the rope' s breaking force is high and structure elongation is small, normally should processed by pre-tension process. Taking 8 x K26WS -PWRC (K)--20 for example, to introduce the choice, design and manufacture process of parallel-closed rope for automobile crane' s telescopic boom. To design steel wire rope' s normal tensile strength is 2 160 MPa, steel wire rope' s length of lay is 6. 8 times, lay length of strand is 8.5 times, and strand' s compression ratio is 12% - 15%, steel wire rope' s breaking force is 421 kN; wire rod chooses 80 or 82A steel, S and P' s mass fraction should no more than 0. 020% ; to produce strand rope by the way of die drawing, pre- deformer strand' s deformation quality should be 0. 80 - 0. 85 times of steel wire rope' s normal diameter; To add grease by the way of spraying when spinning. Finished steel wire rope' s actual breaking force is 428 kN according to design and pro- duction requirement.
