OTIS电梯用钢丝绳的生产工艺研究

摘    要:介绍OTIS电梯用钢丝绳的生产过程、工艺设计、生产过程控制和技术参数制订,以8×19S结构钢丝绳为例,结合国内电梯钢丝绳标准GB 8903—1988,并参照OTIS电梯用钢丝绳的特殊性能,对相应的配丝尺寸进行改动,采用预变形、后变形、股绳淋油、合绳过程张力控制、在线预张拉等工艺措施,使整绳破断拉力提高19%,60万次疲劳实验后伸长率小于0.31%,各项性能指标满足要求。

Abstract:To introduce the production procedure,process design,procedure control,working-out of technique parameters of wire rope for OTIS elevator.Taking 8×19S structure wire rope for example,combining domestic wire rope for elevators standard GB8903—1988 and referring to the special property of wire rope for OTIS elevator,the dimension of steel wires for rope are changed accordingly.By taking such measures as pre-formation,after-formation,grease pouring on strands,tension control in rope closing,pre-stress in line,the breaking tensile test of rope rises 19%,elongation is less than(0.31)% after 6×10~5 times fatigue test,every property indexes satisfy requirements.
