| 摘 要： | 介绍国产盘条生产桥梁缆索用镀锌钢丝的工艺技术、制造过程,分析研究有关技术要点,指出国产82B盘条的化学成分、理化性能及夹杂物含量与进口盘条相差不大,通条性和稳定性有待进一步提高。严格控制表面处理、拉拔、热镀锌、光整、稳定化处理等工序,可以生产出符合GB/T 17101—1997和法国NFA 35—035要求的产品。

| Abstract: | To introduce the production technology and process of galvanizing steel wire for bridge cable with homemade wire rod. The relative technology outlines are analyzed and researched. It is pointed out that there is little difference between homemade 82B wire rod and import in the aspect of chemical component, physical and chemical property and content of inclusion, uniformity in whole wire rod and the stability need further raising. The products according with requirements of GB/T 17101-1997 and the France standard NFA 35-035 can be produced by process of strictly controlling surface treatment, drawing, hot galvanizing, brightening up and stabilizing. |
