无酸洗拉拔工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍无酸洗拉丝技术 ,从拉拔钢丝的力学性能、生产效率、辅料消耗、生产成本等方面对有酸洗拉拔和无酸洗拉拔进行比较 ,结果显示线材不经酸洗直接采用机械除锈 ,氧化铁皮去除率可达到 90 %以上 ,并可进行顺利拉拔。两种拉拔工艺生产的钢丝抗拉强度无明显差异 ,无酸洗拉拔和有酸洗拉拔所用润滑剂不同 ,拉拔道次压缩率分布也不同 ,采用无酸洗拉拔可节约生产成本 14 5元 /t,并可避免对环境的污染

Abstract:To introduce the technology of pickling free drawing The drawing process difference between pickling and pickling free are compared from mechanical property of steel wire,production efficiency,auxiliary materials consumption and production cost etc The results show that the scale removal rate of wire rod can get more than 90% by adopting mechanical scale removal instead of pickling,and it can be drawn smoothly The tensile strength of steel wire produced by the two kinds of drawing process have no obvious difference The lubricant used as pickling and pickling free drawing are different,and the distributions of draught per pass of the two process are different The production cost can be saved at 14 5 RMB/t and the environmental pollution can be avoided by adopting pickling free drawing
