静电纺丝的模式

摘    要:针对现阶段存在的静电纺丝模式进行了归纳与分析,其中常规纺丝模式包括 “点-板”、“线-板”、“板-板”静电纺丝;高效纺丝模式包括“多喷头”、“无喷头”静电纺丝;特殊纺丝模式包括“同轴”、“近电场”、 “离心”静电纺丝。对各模式的纺丝特点、技术优缺点、适用性等技术进展情况进行了总结,可为静电纺丝新模式的发展提供参考。

Abstract:This article mainly aims at the current electrospinning modes. The first is conventional mode, which includes “point - plate", "line - plate", "plate -plate" types. The second is the efficient spinning mode, which includs "multi-needles", "needleless" electrospinning. The third is the special spinning mode, which includes "coaxial", "near- field", "centrifugal" electrospinning. The spinning features, technical advantages and disadvantages, and applicability of each mode were summarized. The article can be referenced and helpful for the development of electrospinning new mode.
