基于经验模态分解和离散小波能量特征的地毯织机噪声源识别

摘    要:为识别和定位地毯织机主要噪声源,提出一种基于经验模态分解(EMD)和离散小波能量特征的地毯织机噪声源识别方法。首先应用EMD 对地毯织机噪声信号进行分解,获得若干本征模态分量,根据互相关系数剔除虚假分量并重构信号;其次使用ab 20小波对重构信号进行离散小波变换,分解得到各小波分量并计算各分量的能量 占比;然后提取能量占比较大的分量,分析其时频特性;最后采用激光测振仪依次测量地毯织机各主要部件的振动信号,对比分析得到主要噪声源所在位置,从而完成识别。研究结果表明,该方法可有效地识别和定位地毯织机主要噪声源。

Noise source identification of carpet tufting machine based on empirical mode decomposition and energy characteristics
Abstract:In order to identify and locate the main noise source of carpettufting machines,a noise source identification method based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and energy characteristics of discrete wavelet transform (DWY) was proposed. Firstly, EMD was used to decompose the noise signal of acarpet tufting machine into a plurality of intrinsic mode functions. According to the correlation coefficients, the false component were removed for reconstructing the noise signal. Secondly, DWT was used to process the reconstructed signal byusing db20 wavelet, andthe energy ratio ofeach component was calculated. Then thecomponents with larger energy ratio were extracted, andtime-frequency characteristics thereof were analyzed. Finally,the vibration signals of the main components of a carpettufting machine were measured with a fiber laser vibrometer. The locations os main noise sources were obtained by comparing analysis.The results show that this method can effectively identify and locate the main noise source of a carpettufting machine.
