复合驻极体聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的研究

摘    要: 研制了一种含有特种电气石微粒复合驻极体熔喷非织造布,并对其纤网结构、力学性能、透气性、表面电荷密度、过滤性能和抗菌性能等进行了测试。结果表明,加入特种电气石之后,纤网的力学性能有所下降;复合驻极体非织造布的驻极效果大大改善,其表面电荷密度、过滤性能及抗菌性均有明显提高。

Abstract:A melt-blown nonwoven fabric containing tourmaline micro-powder electret was developed,and its properties such as web structure,mechanical properties,air permeability,surface charge density,filter efficiency and antibacterial property were tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of nonwovens with tourmalines decline to some extent,whereas its electret effect,the surface charge density,filter efficiency and antibacterial property have improved significantly.
