基于C/S模式的织机监测系统设计

 针对纺织企业生产信息化和网络化发展的需要,设计了一种利用企业内部局域网,将企业的所有生产车间与各厂级的计算机进行联网,由主机监控、客户机分工序进行产量和质量控制、网络化在线监测的C/S模式的织机监测系统。分析了设计过程中遇到的实际问题并提出了解决方案。该系统能满足纺织企业实际生产的需要,提高了工作效率。设计方案实现了从制定计划到生产过程控制和生产数据统计的网络化管理。

Design of loom monitoring and management system based on C/S model

Aiming at the needs of production information technology and network development of textile enterprises, a kind of loom on-line monitoring and networking management system based on C/S model was designed, which makes use of an intranet linking the computers of all production shops with computers of management offices with the host computer in charge of monitoring and other computers executing control of production quantity and quality of each procedure. The actual problems encountered during designing and solutions are presented along with applied analysis of the system which satisfies the practical production demand and raises the work efficiency of textile enterprises. The design plan realizes the networking management from preparing production plan to production process control and to statistics of production data.
