摘    要: 针对蚕丝用环保耐久性阻燃剂品种较少的问题,研究了自制非水溶性阻燃剂甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二乙基磷酸酯(DEMEP)的乳化方法、乳液稳定性及乳液粒径,添加非离子乳化剂Tween 80与Span 80按质量比2:1复配的混合乳化剂10% ~15%(对DEMEP质量百分数)时可得到静置稳定性及热稳定性均良好的半透明乳液。将制得的乳液与蚕丝在水介质中进行接枝共聚反应,考察了不同溶剂对蚕丝表面阻燃剂均聚物的洗除效果,得出丙酮与甲醇萃取4~6h后,均聚物可基本去除。经DEMEP处理的丝织物白度及透气性均随接枝率的提高而有所下降,并采用微型燃烧量热仪测量阻燃整理前后毫克级丝织物的燃烧情况,得知阻燃整理后,丝织物的热释放速率、总热释放量均大大下降,阻燃效果良好。

Abstract:Since quite a few eco-friendly permanent flame retardants for silk are available,this paper deals with the application of a self-prepared water insoluble flame retardant diethyl-2-(methacryloyloxyethyl) phosphate(DEMEP) on silk fabric,including emulsification of DEMEP,the stability of the emulsion and the size distribution of DEMEP emulsion.Adding 10%~15%(in terms of DEMEP mass percentage) mixture emulsifier contained Tween 80 and Span 80 at the mass ratio of 2 to 1 to DEMEP,a translucent emulsion with good thermal and quiescence stability was obtained.The resultant DEMEP emulsion was grafted onto silk fabric by copolymerization in water medium,and the removal of DEMEP homopolymer from the silk fabric with different solvents was explored.The results showed that acetone and methanol are good solvents for DEMEP homopolymer,and after 4 to 6 h extraction treatment,the homopolymer was basically removed.The whiteness and permeability of DEMEP grafted silk fabric decreased with the increase of graft yield.Micro-scale combustion calorimetry was used to test combustion behavior of the silk fabrics before and after flame retardant finish at milligram level,and the result showed that the heat release rate and total heat release of the finished silk fabric significantly decreased compared with the control,indicating it has good flame retardant property.
