地毯簇绒机簇绒针传动机构运动分析

摘    要: 地毯簇绒过程中簇绒针的力学和运动性能制约了主轴转速的提高,影响着整个机械系统的振动特性,而簇绒针的运动性能直接取决于传动机构的设计。根据地毯簇绒运动的工作原理,设计了由曲柄摇杆机构和曲柄滑块机构组合而成的簇绒针传动机构,并对传动连杆机构的运动进行了数学分析;应用ADAMS仿真软件对不同曲柄参数条件下的传动机构进行运动分析和比较,着重对簇绒针刺入底基布时的运动和受力状况进行讨论,确定了曲柄的最优设计值。分析结果已应用到DHT-200地毯簇绒机的设计实践中。

Abstract:In carpet tufting process,the mechanical properties of tuft needles restrict the raising of the spindle′s speed and also influence the vibrational property of the entire mechanical system of a tufting machine.However,the kinetic characteristic of the needles greatly depends on the mechanical design of the driving mechanism.This paper introduces the basic principle of carpet tufting motion,designs a needle′s driving mechanism which consists of a crank and slide. Mathematical analysis is made of the crank driving mechanism.Kinematical analysis and comparison of the driving mechanism under the condition of different crank parameters are conducted using ADMAS simulation software with emphasis on the needle movement and the force exerted upon it when punching into the substrate. The optimal design parameters for the crank are determined.The achievements of this research have been applied to the design of carpet tufting machine(DHT200.)
