摘    要:为更加真实地模拟芳纶织物在受到冲击时产生的交织阻力变化情况,通过构建一个半经验模型来预测对于不同规格、不同预加张力情况下纱线交织阻力的数值,并设计了可调预加张力的纱线抽拔实验用夹具,分别以织物的经向宽度、纬向宽度和预加张力为变量对纱线进行抽拔实验。实验结果表明:对织物施加横向预加张力与纱线抽拔时的交织阻力呈正相关,预加张力逐渐增大时,织物纬向宽度对交织阻力的影响逐渐增强;反之,交织阻力随着织物的经向宽度的增加会逐渐减小,而相较于经向宽度的影响,织物预加张力对于交织阻力的影响显得更为突出。

Abstract:In order to simulate the inter-yarn friction in aramid fabrics under impact loading and to construct a model for predicting the inter-yarn friction under different fabric specifications and pre-tension levels,a fixture with adjustable transverse pre-tension for yarn-pulling experiment was created.The yarn pulling-out experiments were carried out using different widths of warp yarns or weft yarns and pre-tension as variables.The test results show that there is a positive correlation between the transverse pre-tension applied to the fabric and the inter-yarn friction.When the pre-tension increases,the influence of the warp width of the fabric on the inter-yarn friction increases gradually,and the inter-yarn resistance gradually decrease as sample warp width increases.The effect of pre-tension on inter-yarn friction is more prominent than that of the sample warp width.
