| 摘 要： | 针对打纬阻力等织造变量的确定问题，通过对打纬过程纬纱的受力分析，给出所织纬前后侧经纱的张力的关系式，建立了经纱对纬纱的弹性阻力、摩擦阻力和总阻力的表达式。基于现代织机的织造情况及织物和经纱的力学性能，建立织物和经纱的受力与形变方程，并把它们与所织纬前后侧经纱张力的关系式相联立，导出经纱张力、打纬阻力及经纱伸长量相对于所织纬位置的表达式。此外，依据已有实验资料，对经纱张力及打纬阻力等织造变量随所织纬位置的变化情况进行实例计算和分析，验证了计算式的准确性。
