| 摘 要： | 根据细纱车间在生产管理和信息化建设方面的实际需要，通过企业内部局域网设计了一种分散式采集、集中式管理的细纱机计算机监测系统。利用多线程技术、串口通信技术、数据库技术和总线技术实现了系统体系结构的设计，数据库的结构设计与安全性设计，以及系统软件的主要管理功能。详细介绍了系统设计过程中的关键技术。实践证明：该系统运行稳定，数据采集准确，满足了车间生产管理的需要，实现了细纱车间的网络化管理，促进了纺织企业生产信息化的发展。
