氩等离子体引发涤纶纤维表面丙烯酸接枝

摘    要: 用Ar等离子体引发对涤纶纤维表面丙烯酸单体的接枝,通过测定不同接枝条件下的润湿性能,得出了最佳的接枝条件;并且对接枝后的涤纶进行了染色性能、热性能、ATR红外谱图等的分析。并借助SEM研究了经等离子体接枝后涤纶纤维表面的形貌。结果表明:Ar等离子体引发接枝后,丙烯酸单体接枝到涤纶纤维表面,纤维润湿性能显著提高,其耐久性良好,纤维玻璃化转变消失。

Abstract:Acrylic acid was grafted onto PET fiber by the induce of Ar plasma.The process was optimized by evaluating the wettability of samples yielded under different conditions.The dyeing behaviour,calorific properties and infrared spectrogram of treated PET fiber were tested and analyzed.The surface morphological structure of treated PET samples was examined with SEM.The results show that the wettability of the grafted PET fiber was improved remarkably and the grafted fiber had a good durability.The glass transition point of the grafted fiber was not observed by DSC analysis.
