织物印花质量在线检测与控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对网目调织物印花中存在的色差和目测印花颜色质量缺乏可靠性和重复性的缺陷,设计了适用于网目调织物印花质量自动检测与控制系统的模型。通过自行设计的颜色一致性检测测控条,获得在线印花织物颜色信息和织物质量产生的原因。根据织物特性,对均匀颜色空间中的色差计算公式进行理论分析和实验验证,得到适合织物颜色一致性检测的色差计算公式,为在线印花闭环控制提供判定和控制依据。经过论证和实验,该方法和技术可以客观、快速准确地进行印刷质量控制,提高生产效率,具有实际应用价值。
