摘    要:对羟胺溶液表面处理前后的干法纺丝腈纶的热性能及预氧化特性进行了分析与对比。DTA差热分析表明,表面处理不仅可大大降低纤维的放热反应温度,而且还可大大缓解纤维的集中放热现象。进一步的氧化实验表明,表面处理后纤维在240~250℃温度条件下预氧化,能够制得强度为1.7~1.9 cN/dtex、伸长为19%~22%、LOI值为36%~49%的纺织用预氧化纤维;而未经表面处理的干法腈纶纤维不具备制备预氧化纤维的可行性。

Abstract:The thermal and pre-oxidation properties of the dry spinning PAN with and without surface treatment were analyzed and compared.DTA study showed that the surface treatment could greatly reduce the thermal release temperature of the fiber and greatly ease the centralized thermal release.Oxidation experiment demonstrated that the fiber after surface treatment was pre-oxidized at the temperature of 240~250℃and thus obtained a pre-oxidized textile fiber with the strength of 1.7 ~ 1.9 cN/dtex,elongation 19% ~ 22% and Limiting Oxygen Index(LOI) 36%~49%,whereas the dry spinning PAN without surface treatment was out of the feasibility to prepare the pre-oxidized fiber.
