外循环气升式发酵罐液相循环时间及其应用于α—淀粉酶发酵的研究

摘    要:对10L外循环气升式发酵罐的液相循环时间进行了研究,在此基础上,进行了α—淀粉酶发酵试验,并与10L机械搅拌发酵罐进行比较,实验结果得到,气升式发酵罐的最高酶活力为432.3u/ml,机械搅拌发酵罐的最高酶活力为397.2u/ml,从中可以看出,本文研制的外循环气升式发酵罐的发酵结果优于机械搅拌发酵罐。因此,外循环气升式发酵罐用于α—淀粉酶的发酵生产具有较好的前景。

Abstract:The liquid circulation time of a 10L external - loop air - lift fermenter was investigated. Based on this, the comparative experiments of (a -amylase fermentation were carried out in the 10L external - loop air - lift fermenter and in a 10L mechanically agitated fermenter, respectively. The results showed that the (a - amylase activity could be 432. 3 u/ml in the external -loop air -lift fermenter, 397. 2 u/ml in the mechanically agitated fermenter. Therefore, the external -loop air -lift fermenter has good properties for (a-amylase fermentation.
