摘    要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定果蔬中有机磷农药残留的快速分析方法。样品用乙腈萃取、氮吹浓缩,经DB-1701弹性石英毛细管柱分离后进行质谱分析,采用全扫描模式(SCAN),以保留时间和特征离子的丰度比定性,外标法定量。在最佳试验条件下,有机磷农药最低检出限为0.005~0.015mg/kg,平均回收率为82.6%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为2.46%~9.69%。该方法灵敏度、精密度、准确度高,可满足果蔬中有机磷农药残留分析的检测。

Abstract:A quick analysis method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination 11 organochlorine pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.The sample was extracted by aceonitrile and then the eluate was evaporated to dryness with nitrogen,and then separated on DB-1701 capillary column and detemined by mass spectrography.Compounds were identified and quantified by external standard method based on retention times and characteristic ions in SCAN mode.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit of the method was 0.005~0.015 mg/kg,the recovery of standard addition was 82.6%~102.5% and the relative itrile onstandard deviation was from 2.46%~9.69%.Therefore,the sensitivity,the accuracy and the precision of the method could meet the requirements of organochlorine pesticide residues analysis in Fruits and Vegetables.
